Henry is a seasoned manager, with a keen commercial eye for sustainable projects who has delivered successful innovative products in senior roles across leading businesses
• Senator Keg project for EABL – Henry was the Senator Keg Project Manager
• Re-engineered distribution for EABL
• First lease of equipment to the Kenyan counties – Laikipia County earth moving equipment and Uber ‘Lease-to-Own’, and agricultural service provision products, under RentCo EA Ltd, where he was the COO leading the projects
Henry started his career as a sales manager at EABL but being having ardent commercial acumen, started shaping business arguments for better financial relevance. It was after this that he took on championship of the Senator Keg initiative where he designed not only the route to market, but also appointed 100 distributors to make the product the number 1 selling product for the company. He moved to be the Group Head of Business Performance Management at EABL to champion performance management before later taking on a role as Country Manager for Rwanda, Burindi and DRC. Henry left EABL and joined RentCo EA Ltd as Chief Operating Officer where he continued his innovative approaches of enabling businesses scale the next level
